Pro Somnia Relax supports the nervous system with magnesium
The magnesium contained in Pro Somnia Relax supports the healthy functioning of the nervous system and the psyche as well as energy metabolism. It also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It is available as magnesium bisglycinate and is uniquely combined with the milk peptide alpha-casozepine (Lactium®) and an asparagus extract (ETAS®50).
ETAS®50 is a patented extract from green asparagus, which is obtained using a special process. It contains naturally occurring plant compounds that are present in Pro Somnia Relax in concentrated form.

Alpha-casozepine – a unique milk peptide
Alpha-casozepine is a special peptide that is produced from casein – a natural protein component of milk. In particular, it occurs naturally in the digestive tract of newborn babies.
The patented milk protein hydrolysate Lactium® has made it possible to isolate alpha-casozepine from cow's milk. A gentle enzymatic process is used to make the valuable protein building block available in its pure form.
For example, Pro Somnia Relax contains the high-quality Lactium® - a unique milk peptide that is obtained in a special manufacturing process and has been used in food supplements for years.

- RECOMMENDED INTAKE: Please take 2 or 4 capsules daily with sufficient liquid, especially 30-60 minutes before going to bed or 2 x 1-2 capsules for more fundamental relaxation. If the capsules are taken just before bedtime, it is recommended to lie on your right side for 10 minutes for faster release of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
