  Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) is a widely distributed plant in the Asteraceae family. It is characterised by its yellow ray-shaped flowers and the typical toothed leaves from which it takes its name. The dandelion prefers to grow in meadows, pastures, gardens and along roadsides. After flowering, the familiar seed heads form, often referred to as 'dandelions'. .

   

• Cranberries
  Cranberries are rich in antioxidants, vitamins (especially vitamin C) and phytochemicals. The cranberry blueberry (Vaccinium vitis-idaea) is a small, evergreen plant with red, tart berries. It grows mainly in cool, swampy or wooded areas in the northern hemisphere.
