Pro Blutdruck Relax combines innovative plant extracts with selected micronutrients – for anyone who wants to consciously promote their cardiovascular balance. African mallow and lemon verbena (metabolaid®), fermented black garlic (ABG10+®), OPC-rich grape seed extract as well as potassium and vitamin B1 work in harmony. The result: a finely tuned formula – developed by our team of scientists on the basis of studies – to support blood pressure and the heart.
Plant power for your cardiovascular system
The heart of Pro Blutdruck Relax is metabolaid®, an innovative combination of African mallow and lemon verbena. Both plants are rich in valuable polyphenols that can relax the blood vessels and support their elasticity. In a human study, metabolaid® showed a significant improvement in blood pressure values after just two weeks – both systolic and diastolic.1
Added to this is a grape seed extract with 95 % oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC). These powerful antioxidants act as a natural protective shield against oxidative stress, which can weaken the vascular walls and limit their flexibility. Clinical studies confirm that OPC strengthens vascular health: after just four weeks, blood pressure dropped significantly in participants with slightly elevated levels.²
The recipe is rounded off with ABG10+® – fermented black garlic. The fermentation process increases the content of bioactive compounds such as S-allylcysteine and ensures that it does not leave a "garlic flavour". A slight garlic flavour can only be detected when the can is opened. Human studies have also shown that ABG10+® has a blood pressure-lowering effect³ – a powerful companion for the heart and blood vessels.
Potassium and vitamin B1 also support blood pressure & heart
Stable blood pressure is the result of finely tuned processes in the body – from fluid balance and vascular tension to the energy supply to the heart.
Potassium, one of the central minerals for the cardiovascular system, supports the electrolyte balance and ensures that excess sodium can be excreted. This balance has a direct influence on vascularisation: if the vessels remain relaxed, the blood can flow more easily and the heart can work more evenly. Potassium is also essential for the transmission of stimuli in the nerves and muscles – and is therefore particularly important for the heart, the strongest muscle.
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) perfectly complements these properties by supplying the heart muscle with energy. It supports the conversion of nutrients into the body's own energy and thus ensures that the heart can beat reliably – day after day, hour after hour. Together with potassium, vitamin B1 forms a valuable basis for blood pressure and the heart.
