The cultivation of chlorella has become particularly established in Asia and Europe, where it is considered a popular dietary supplement.

• RECOMMENDED INTAKE:The recommended daily dose is 20 tablets taken with sufficient liquid spread over several meals. It is also possible to take the tablets separately from meals. The dosage should be increased gradually, starting with 5 tablets per day, then increasing by 5 tablets every 3 days until 20 tablets are reached.
