Pro Darm InMotion combines okra fruit extract and ashwagandha root extract in the natural ingredient blend NXTDigexin®. A balanced nervous system in the gut – also known as the “gut brain” – is, in turn, associated with regular digestive function.
Slow digestion can have various causes. Factors such as lack of physical activity, a hectic daily routine, an unbalanced diet, or stress often play a role. Changes in your daily routine – such as travelling or eating meals at irregular times, can also affect bowel activity. This often results in irregular bowel movements or the feeling that your digestion isn’t working at its usual pace.
A key factor in this process is the intestine’s natural movement, known as peristalsis. Peristalsis helps transport intestinal contents through the digestive tract. When this process slows down or becomes less efficient, digestion as a whole may feel sluggish.
To help get the bowels moving again, targeted support of the enteric nervous system – often referred to as the “gut brain” – is considered important. This complex network of nerves within the gut plays a central role in regulating digestion and coordinating the movements of the intestinal muscles. It is directly connected to the brain via the vagus nerve. As part of the parasympathetic nervous system, the vagus nerve supports relaxation, regeneration, and digestion.
NXTDigexin® combines two plant-based ingredients in a balanced ratio: okra fruit extract and ashwagandha root extract. Both extracts are derived from plants with a long history of traditional use.
Ashwagandha, also known in German as "Schlafbeere," "Indian ginseng," or "winter cherry," is traditionally used in Ayurveda and is associated with inner balance. Okra is a fiber- and polyphenol-rich plant in the mallow family that has long been valued as a food plant. The soluble fiber it contains helps increase stool volume, while polyphenols are widely recognised as beneficial plant compounds.
The formula is supplemented with vitamin B1, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. This includes not only the parasympathetic nervous system – which is part of the autonomic nervous system – but also the enteric nervous system. Together, these systems play a role in regulating intestinal peristalsis – the natural muscular movements of the bowel – and are therefore closely linked to regular bowel function.

Yes. If you don't want to swallow the capsules, you can open them and stir the powder into still water, unsweetened herbal teas or food such as muesli, yoghurt or apple sauce. (Please do not add to hot drinks or food!) Consume immediately after opening.
