Pro Meno Balance

Pro Meno Balance is a food supplement for women during the menopause. It combines three branded plant extracts – fenugreek, saffron and ashwagandha root – with vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Fenugreek & saffron

Fenugreek is a legume known from Indian and Middle Eastern cooking. We use the branded extract FenuSMART®, standardised to 30 % saponins and produced according to strict quality standards. The daily dose contains 500 mg of extract, of which 150 mg saponins.

Saffron is the world's most expensive spice, known as the “gold of spices”. We use the branded extract affron®, standardised to 3.5 % crocin and safranal – the compounds that give saffron its colour and aroma. The daily dose contains 28 mg of extract.

Ashwagandha & vitamin B6

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a plant of the nightshade family native to India. We use the branded root extract KSM-66®, standardised to more than 5 % withanolides. The daily dose contains 600 mg of extract, of which 30 mg withanolides.

Vitamin B6 is contained in Pro Meno Balance in its active form, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate. The daily dose (3 capsules) provides 1.4 mg, i.e. 100 % of the reference intake. What vitamin B6 does in the body is summarised in the health claims below.

Ashwagandha root extract (39.3 %); fenugreek extract (32.7 %); pullulan (capsule shell size 0); rice flour; saffron extract (1.8 %); pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (0.1 %)

• RECOMMENDED INTAKE: It is recommended to take 3 capsules daily with sufficient liquid in the morning with a meal or spread over several meals.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Keep out of the reach of small children. Please leave the desiccant packets in the cans until the product has been used up. They contain food-grade silica (silicon dioxide) and protect the product by absorbing moisture that enters the can each time it is opened.
