Universal mineral complex with calcium, magnesium, potassium and 8 trace elements: Pro Mineral Complete provides all the important minerals in perfect doses in one formulation and at the same time ensures their optimal absorption with its unique spectrum of a total of 17 excellently bioavailable compounds.
Crucial minerals are available from several sources: Pro Mineral Complete contains three forms of magnesium and two forms each of calcium, potassium, zinc and manganese. The targeted combination of inorganic salts with selected organic amino and fruit acid chelates enables the minerals to be particularly well absorbed and utilised in the body.
All carbonate compounds in Pro Mineral Complete come from the red alga Lithothamnium calcareum, which is harvested sustainably off the Westfjords of Iceland (Aquamin™-Mineralkomplex). The small seaweed provides above all plenty of calcium, plus magnesium and an additional 72 trace elements. Thanks to their natural, porous surface structure, the algae carbonates dissolve better in hydrochloric acid than isolated carbonate compounds. Thus, more carbonates enter the body with the same amount of stomach acid.
In the typical Western diet, the calcium content is usually many times too high compared to the magnesium content. The 2:1 ratio often advertised today was originally only a minimum recommendation for the magnesium content! Numerous organs and bodily functions depend on the interplay and thus on the balanced quantitative ratio of these two minerals. Modern studies speak for their equal ratio in the body – just as it corresponds to the original and natural Stone Age or Paleo diet without calcium-rich dairy products! Pro Mineral Complete contains the two partner minerals in their evolutionary 1:1 ratio and completely covers the magnesium requirement with one daily dose.
Iron and iodine are very individual in their requirements; women of menstrual age in particular benefit from additional iron. Both trace elements are not added, so that Pro Mineral Complete can be taken as an effective combination preparation by all people with increased mineral requirements.
To ensure good tolerance, we have deliberately avoided the common citrate compounds, as these can have a laxative effect on sensitive people even in small doses.
