For strong nerves and a healthy psyche: Pro Omnineuro provides you with L-carnosine and taurine, two important endogenous nutrients for the function and maintenance of nerve cells. These two substances are particularly important during mental and psychological stress and for elderly persons. Selected plant extracts also contain a variety of different antioxidants that protect the brain from free radicals. These include catechins from green tea, sulforaphane from broccoli and blueberry anthocyanins. Also quercetin, rosemary, pomegranate and ashwagandha.
5-HTP for more "happy hormones”
The African black bean Griffonia simplicifolia provides the natural amino acid 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), which is contained in Pro Omnineuro. The body can convert this directly into the "happy hormone" serotonin.
