Vitamin C, vitamin B12 and zinc: Valuable support for your immune system
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is probably the best known of all vitamins. It contributes to the immune defence mainly through its strong antioxidant property. Vitamin C is the most important radical scavenger in our body and thus helps to protect against cell damage. Zinc also has this property. In addition, zinc, like vitamin B12, supports the immune system by acting on the production, activity and function of immune cells (including lymphocytes and macrophages) that defend your body against pathogens and pollutants.
Selected plant extracts and natural substances in Pro Phytobiose
Horseradish, nasturtium and horseradish tree (Moringa) are rich in mustard oils. Onions, garlic and wild garlic provide allicin. With the two sulphur compounds, the plants protect themselves against bacteria and parasites.
The Ling Zhi, known as Reishi in Japan, has a millennia-old tradition as a vital mushroom in Asia. It owes its numerous positive properties primarily to its biologically active polysaccharides and triterpenes.
