RECOMMENDED INTAKE: It is recommended to take 3 capsules daily with sufficient liquid with a meal, or spread over several meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

SPECIAL NOTES: Do not consume together with other products containing green tea. Do not exceed 800 mg EGCG per day (this product contains 9.3 mg EGCG). EGCG is not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers and persons under 18 years of age, and should not be taken on an empty stomach. If you are taking blood thinners (vitamin K antagonist anticoagulants), consult a therapist before taking vitamin K-containing products.
