Maintaining balanced blood pressure is important for the heart, blood vessels, and overall well-being. The healthy heart Package combines targeted plant extracts and minerals to naturally lower blood pressure and support vascular function.
The combination of lemon verbena and African mallow (Metabolaid®) inhibits enzymes that contribute to the narrowing of blood vessels. This promotes healthy dilation of the vessels – a key factor for healthy and stable blood pressure levels. In a human study with people with slightly elevated blood pressure, Metabolaid® showed a significant reduction in blood pressure, both systolic and diastolic, after just two weeks.¹
Garlic is traditionally considered a natural blood thinner and has been valued for centuries for its vascular protective properties. The healthy heart package contains black garlic (ABG10+®). This aged variety is easier to digest, contains more bioactive compounds (S-allyl cysteine) and does not cause "garlic breath." Its blood pressure-lowering effect has also been proven in a human study.2 Two other natural blood pressure-lowering agents, grape seed OPC3 and potassium, round out the package.
